necessary insight for practitioners

Though less common, these two very relevant areas of the spine, lumbar spine and sacroiliac joints, can become unstable - significantly affecting patients' quality of life.

The resulting risk and symptoms make it necessary for practitioners to be able to diagnose and treat these areas of modern joint instability.

The majority of this course covers comprehensive details and theory about joint instability. As such, this course is for any practitioner that manages and treats areas of the low back and pelvis and wants to gain a greater depth of knowledge on this topic.

In this course, there is a complementary component of joint stability assessment and joint mobilization and correction techniques to aid in the evaluation and treatment of joint instability. This is ideal for the manual therapy healthcare practitioner with joint mobilizations in their scope of practice such as: chiropractors, physiotherapist, massage therapist and osteopaths.

This 2-hour, part-theory and part-practical course, will teach you how to identify, assess, diagnose and provide appropriate care and treatment to these patients.

There is no official prerequisite for this course but we encourage attendees to complete TL Adjusting & Complete Assessment and TL Joint Instability to benefit as much as possible from additional information and training.
