did you know?

We estimate that 40% of a typical clinical practice patient roster can have patients with a C1 misalignment.

It is essential for every manual therapy health practitioner to be aware of the impact of a C1 misalignment, and moreover, be able to identify, assess, diagnose, and when possible, effectively treat it.

In this two-hour, part-theory and part-practical course you will learn how to completely, effectively and sustainably, correct a C1 upper cervical misalignment with 100% success for a patient with a stable cervical spine - without the use of specialized equipment or imaging/X-rays.

We developed this for the manual therapy healthcare practitioner with joint mobilizations in their scope of practice such as: chiropractors, physiotherapist, massage therapist and osteopaths. This manoeuvre will only ever be used as a gentle, yet firm mobilization (grade 3 or four) hence why all professions listed above can participate. No thrusting will be performed.

Note: The course material is only two hours but refining the skill set to be proficient at this adjustment takes lots of time and practice, over weeks to months, but is extremely worth it. Support is available to assist you!
